You know what it came up again here around midday. Really good! kept building to a solid 4' around 2pm then started to decline again. Clean, light winds. The sun has shifted a bit, the whole thing was like autumn.

Had an OK surf this morning, but fell heavily on my shoulder so I'm taking it easy watching from the cliff.

100% cloud cover, light offshore, swell an inconsistent head and a half, lazy doubles now and then. Twenty out at the corner/racetracks, another 10 on the other breaks.

Everywhere is uncrowded, forecasts of solid swell keeps a lot of surfers away.

Was still plenty of swell this arvo but just enough strength in the NE wind to ruin it and not enough tide for the spots that were cleaner.
