Rode the 6’6 Wayne Lynch.
It’s not the best board for those conditions as it has heaps of rocker throughout and only subtle concave so you have to really plan your sections and stay in the pocket as much as possible.
It does the job though, my shorties probably would have been better on the wave, but I was happy with the bigger board for the paddling.

That shit surf shot of Steve’s - looks like there’s a chance of a pretty fun double-up. KM Bay (future home area of Cletus) always looks shit from a distance. Probably the best onshore wave in vicco

Oh man what a morning.

Perfect conditions, 4-6ft point. I paddled out in the dark, saw a shooting star while the bioluminescence lit up my hands and the nose of my board.

Took out the AB I bought off NC and was blown away by the speed and flow of the thing. Didn’t nab any of the biggest waves but scored some crackers, couple of barrels and some long walls.

So fcukin stoked!!

Out of the way spot south of town, not copping the full brunt, but clean as.
Surfed the 6’9” MC Shiva.
