Exact same myself. Mid to south bra surfing unexpected offshore 3 footers with one other guy whilst at the north end a pack of about 50 scrambled over each other.

That doesn't happen very often in the eastern suburbs

Was still pretty good in the evening though mid and south Bra had quite a few people by then. Still nowhere near as crowded as the north end though.

Sooooo surfed out right now............ 15 hours in the water since Friday. Best Autumn/Winter/early Spring of surf down here that I can remember..........ever.

I didn't surf on the w'end at all. Was away, but took a look at a noted big wave venue on the way home. About 10 guys paddling in. Balls of steel

Whilst a guy paddled for a wave, I was preying he'd get it because he was otherwise going to get flogged by the rest of the set. He failed, but it didn't change the outcome. Except for one guy, they all got cleaned up

Grew up surfing beacon animal chin, it used to be consistently like what is on that video and bigger. Has been some good waves around, best for quite some years probably turn into a great heap of crap now,

Fcuking radial spread swells, they just don't do it where i surf down the coast. Confused crossed up double swell cancelling shit this weekend. Colder green water current with 6 ft visibility. Beaches were ripped up, messy, bankless. The island was faceless and confused. Still hit it 3 times and saw a couple of whales.

surfed a backbeach peak this morning, pretty dam average at about 2ft but was one of those surfs that even though it looked shit and was shit, had a lot of fun...rode a high volume slabby quad plus nubbin which definitely helped....

goin ok mate, shaping alot and surfing when there's waves...doing the Michael Peterson boards too now so tryin to give that a nudge....yeah, Sunny Coast is ok, winter and autumn waves are good but we are in a shitty spell right now....Curras is good little spot, clown town and that beachy that starts with W just up the road, few wave options.....thought I'd stick my head in and see how old RS is travelling....?....
