Your Honour, Mr Shearer has hinted before about the localism at the OX, even to the point of passively condoning it. This isn't an isolated instance either, its habitual ... but treating a woman as described in the alleged incident, well thats off the scale and deserves to be dealt with to the full extent of the law.

Apart from being charged with the obvious offences, this arse-hat should also have a restraining order taken out upon him that prohibits him from surfing or loitering within a specified area of the surf break. Its been done before ... at North Narrabeen if I recall correctly.
The moving finger writes and having writ moves on ... now all thy piety nor wit shall lure it back to cancel even half a line ... nor all thy tears wash out a single word of it.

Surfed Nicks local this morning since he’s away. Small, glassy but fun. #nostinkeye

Be interesting to see if the so called local crew banish this bloke, he sure wouldn't be getting back in the water after doing that to a woman where I surf.

If it's on video it's highly likely.

More to the point, what were all the "locals" doing while this was going on ... surely someone would have seen it and intervened, no ?

The regular local crew usually get out of the water around 7.30am on a Wednesday.
Way more of a visitor crowd around 11 IME.

Apparently Lennox Head is an aboriginal word for drowning women.

Maybe a bit of NE swell building with this wind. Good news for us north of the bridge.
