Bondi was closing out end to end this arvo. Bronte a bit of a washing machine and Tama had wayward peaks breaking way out.

Exhausted watching the Snapper cam this morning (did anyone get out and catch a wave) and then Currumbin tow ins.....now I know what I need for my next birthday.
I did. Snapper was breaking really wide as expected so I drifted in (very quickly!) and got some great ones from Rainbow through to Greenmount. Spent more time duck diving than I have in a long time but needed to in order to pick up the ones that hugged the bank. Was great fun but am totally rooted now.

BTW if anyone checked out Foamingham’s link to the Surfline cam, that is what’s wrong with Jetskis. Two cashed up Gumbys on skis totally fucked up. First guy doing the step off missed the wave all together and old mate on the second could hardly do a turn and had no chance of making the section. While the legend down the line paddles in and gets a seriously epic barrel.

Yarra Bay had a pretty gnarly shorey this morning. Close to a foot on the sets. The Nippers handled it, but one monster set wet the bottom of my shorts.

I think we need another beer at the Henson to unpack this AJ. Sounds very stressful.

the biggest issue is all the fucken wash the skis create... so much wobble through a flawless lineup because asshats can't/ don't wanna paddle for it.

Correct Professor. I’m seriously thinking about jumping on the political bandwagon in a bid to enforce the law regarding limits between paddlers and towgans. I just invented a word.

Jumbled four foot at its biggest and best anywhere down here. I’m about to go out again on an undersized reef. The tides dropping soon so there’s a positive

Southerly hit about 10.30am on the sth coast and smashed the 4ft wonky swell. Wind and rain should be hitting Sydney around 2.30 or so.

The reef cleaned up when the southerly hit. But still a very underwhelming day considering all the hype leading up to it.

I got bigger and better waves yesterday just surfing beach breaks

Onshore sludge this arvo. Cars roaring around everywhere looking for the surf. Didn't bother going for a swim.

north 'bra had some reasonable chest high A-frames this arvo despite the light onshore.

fun day today as the swell went Combo -- fill-in ENE from Gita and deep south pulse from the low that went past a coupla days ago. Clean! No wind. 6'1" ten channel singly, so not hipster.

I heard KS ordered a FF, not a 10 but a developed four - two up on the rail, two down through the fins.
