Got a few goodones on my new board, few solid double overhead sets at the local point. Water was 12deg but still was over heating a bit in a 4/3, make a difference when your moving. :) waves are pretty perfect now with an empty line up, sometimes winters good.

Surfed double over heads just up the road from you. Got a good flogging more than once. Bomb of the day landed on top of me

That's it. Didn't think it was going to be that big. Then a guy took off on a set wave and got barreled. Two guys were also surfing just to the south - dunno the name of it. Making crazy drops into lengthy stand up tubes and then getting obliterated. Serious charging

Checked it earlier but was all over the place, that's just called inside puddles, for the young and the quick it's brutal.

Inside puddles  I didn't go out until 1:30. Wind virtually disappeared and clean as a whistle

Got some nice shoulder high walls at DY today. A lot of fun. Yesterday arvo I scored a freak 250 metre plus head high wave that just kept on giving. I was in shock for 3 hours afterwards.

Thats what the gardener said.

yep
staying both sides of the main island then the north coast of Savaii. ive managed to find out the location of whats
known as the samoan superbank. an all tides reef 10min paddle off the beach. I also know of a bunch of other
breaks that unless you go with one of the surf camps you probably wouldn't find and they don't really go to unless
the go to breaks are crap. 3 week trip. should be good!
