Yeah i'm really drawn to boards with boxy rails, proper rounded squares and those old retro hips.

yep. that webber i had was probably the best (most user friendly for me) high performance thruster shorty i've owned. but it was that SLX epoxy technology, and fell to bits before too long.

Webby has a very similar model , very, very similar and there's one in my perfect dims at the local surf shop.

but tbh, I think I'm doing the best surfing of my life on this little channel bottom.

I probably wouldn't be surfing any better on a Pyzel. maybe. fcuk who knows?

I setup a shapers factory a few years back. once his AKU machine was up and running I went in there to finish some
stuff off. there was one of gunts boards, a gun, in the rack, around 6'10-7'. next to it was a cut blank exactly the same.
theres designer/shapers and then theres, well, you be the judge.
no slight on webby, but it just reminded of that.

Yeh, I sacrificed a bit of quality for some loneliness. Still got some smokers the last few days. Got some pretty good floggings too.
