Don't worry. It's going to be overhead. So not something that'd concern you much anyway
So five foot faces?

Bottom guy looks like a real Cnut. Probably over calls wave sizes too.

Yeah well we all know how you measure them. By measuring the face height of the reforms. Hey, but help yourself. Don't mind that 99% of the Australian surfing fraternity would pass you off as a silly old egg roll

Head is fine. Concerned about yours though. Biggest? Fk I dunno. Probably 10-12 foot Aussie scale.

About 3 to 4 times overhead. Not super hollow but a pitching take off and steep angular wall running, then later fading out into a deep water channel. Offshore bombie. Thickest probably 8 foot voodoo with bigger sets on a super long period swell. Scariest, 8 foot and bigger deadmans. Unpredictable and horrifying, but still fun, only just.

Anyway. Whatevs

Some clean overhead but not huge sets as I drove past this morning pre work. No one around, somewhere else must be better.

was not let down. little a-frames all the way into ankle deep water.

So Coastalwatch said 4-5 ft.....went down to Bronte and...yep....4-5ft......faces. Crappy onshore rubbish with a pile of guys out so I went for a swim.

Overhead southerly slop after leaving work a bit early. Disappointing after the run of east swell. Managed to belt out one satisfying re-entry on an end section. Rest of my waves were garbage.

Wouldn't call it overhead myself....unless the Bra picks up more southerly swell than Bronte and Bondi. As I said 4-5.

True....it's the wave height thing again......it messes with my head. Between you and Coastalwatch I just get so confused. It looks like 4-5.....Coastalwatch says its 4-5......but it's actually supposed to be twice as big as that.....or more.....and apparently everyone on the east coast can see this as well. I must be in la la land.

(Only) Three foot plus of south swell getting into north maroubra. I.e; a little overhead. Halve the face height - that's the scale. It doesn't make sense, but it's grade two maths. It's not difficult

Courtesy of Coastalwatch. Bondi. That wave out the back looks well overhead to me.
