Surfed Shellharbour this arvo with about 25 other wave starved frothers. The surf was ok, but the water was Bali warm.

Managed to drag myself out of work by 5:00. Got a park at Tama  Right behind my sons car. He had been surfing it all day. Some good fast lefts if you were prepared to take off right in front of the rock shelf near MacKenzies. He was....I definitely wasn't. Some wide ones peaking but way too crowded.....Pity. Water was good.

Good banks at the moment.

Was flat as a pancake yesterday which is a bit of a rare event around here, no wind super glassy. Went for a paddle on the sup, reckon visibility was about 15ft , was real nice down here 23deg. and sunny. :-)

Big difference in swell between this morning and yesterday evening. I haven't seen that many people at the local on a Friday evening.

Haven't seen Tama breaking that close to the rock platform and makeable.....just. It usually breaks a bit further out at that size. Just to top it off yesterday there was a crowd of yobbos bodysurfing on the reef and yelling at the top of their voices. So anyone who made it through the first section came screaming into those guys. Wonder they didn't get speared.

Well there's a change. Nice offshore early up here. Although you're obviously a late starter if you don't go out till 6.30.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.
