What was the surf like today lads, I'm lying on the floor with a heatpac on my back farting like a champion and just noticed how little wind there is, I can imagine it wouldn't be to bad. The lure of the ocean never leaves even if you are landlocked.
no, Im not a surfer, Im just a garbage man".

The hellest body surf today. Orifices crammed with sand and post nasal drip from the wedgey little peak out front. 10-20 meter coverups

No. I had to drive for that pic Don. It's a bit more exposed bit of coastline, so the wind was already into it at first light. By the time I went home did my report and came back she was cactus.

Out the front wasn't even half that size.

Bit of fun at the local.....but the bigger excitement was the scantily clad nymphs on the rocks doing the bikini shoot.

Hello morning offshore breeze, your chilliness was superb.

May have been a tad more crowded than usual as blokes decided the walk past to get to the rock-off was looking extra tasty.

Certainly more size this morning and pretty heavy given the low tide.
But bloody lumpy and bumpy to all hell.
Had a good hour and a half though.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Bloody heavy this morning.
Straight East swell. Dead low tide.
I got a few good 'uns.
And paid for them.
One rag dolling actually ripped my watch off my wrist. Gonzo.
Damned thing was only about 20 years old too.

Probably one of those rip curl pieces of crap. Now you can get yourself a real timepiece .
It was a Casio Reg.
Lightest watch on batteries I've ever come across.
You won't catch me paying money for a surf brand watch.
Might find one in the floods debris though. 8)

It was way before the GShock came out I think.
But I really only wear a watch in the surf because as I get older I wear out pretty quickly  and having a watch reminds me I've only been out for a half hour or so and to stop wussing and get on with it.
If the surf's OK I try for 2-3 hours.
Also wear a watch so I can remind the other early birds it's time for them to go to work. 8)

Agree about the G shock, I've tried plenty of others but have come back to the G. Don't know why I ever left it.

Back next Trev, just in time for this swell to disappear.
