Umm, didn’t think it was him.
Might have been.
Actually no, he got out same time as me and it was someone else.

Re: Where did you surf today ?
No prob.
Kettle bells sorted me out I think.
Been doing most days the IKFF level 1 test.
Only 16kg
Sometimes I do two bells on the swings and squats though to increase the load.
Takes about 10 minutes
Which is as much exercise as I can squeeze in at the moment.

This is it.
I couldn’t do 20kg yet I think for the whole time.
Men:
Hand-hand Swing: 20kg x 100 – switching hands after each rep is completed
1 arm Clean& Press: 20kg x 16 reps per hand AND must work for the full 2 minutes on each hand (4 min set); 32 reps total non-stop
Snatch: 20kg x 60 reps with only 1 hand switch (can do 30 each hand or any combo that totals 60 reps)
Front Squat: 20kg x 30 reps AND must hold KB for entire 2 min

late arvo go out at north end maroubra. far from ideal conditions, south groundswells suck there. but surfed the pyzel shadow for the first time in months and it felt great, like a fine blade. can't wait to get it into some decent waves again.

I do sets of 16 though.
Might try and increase time under tension.

It’s the non-stop clean and presses into snatches that I couldn’t do that many of at 20kg.steve shearer wrote: ↑Tue Mar 05, 2024 8:23 pmI love doing Goblet squats (front squats) with my 24kg KB.buddy wrote: ↑Tue Mar 05, 2024 8:18 pmThis is it.

Black board in the sub-tropics is extremely dumb though.
