3 hours of onshore but super fun semi point surf.
Just me and a mate on the wide section which was actually heaps better.

Well, going pretty good.
See how I go back full time work tomorrow.
But then a week off down in Melb end of the month.
Been surfing only my 5’9 and 6’0 for months now so good to be shortboard only.
Funny how you go through different phases of how you look at waves.
For a while I never wanted to ride a normal shorty.

A bit cooler. Surf crap plus managed to have a collision after this dude and his girlfriend blatantly dropped in. Guy was obviously running interference for his girlfriend on a mal.

Another day of super fun Point surf, seemed to stay glassier than expected.

NE swell with the southerly on it - nice fun.

Woefully small today. Had a float around on the foamy and caught a few lumps. High tide and warm water. Guy was paddling for a wave a bit up from me and I hear this other guy yelling out what sounds like “Never” repeatedly. I was a bit perplexed Then the guy paddled back out and they started speaking Italian.

Chest to head high south Maroubra. Wind was on it but surfed better than it looked. Still plenty of opportunities for good runs and decent turns

Packed at Bondi by 7:30. Dodged the Clubbies training on paddle boards and skis. Huge crowd on the beach down the south end for some reason. Looked like some kind of rally.

My youngest now comes out in hives after he gets bitten by one. They suck.
