Primarily for the flags but given the clientele at Bondi and the dubious quality of the waves it’s my go to these days unless I’m surfing somewhere else. Softlite are significantly better to surf than a lot of others. I had an O&E one that actually went really fast but the rails were very boxy. This wouldn’t be bad on one of their fish shapes but the Softlite has got a 60/40 rail so it doesn’t dig in nearly as much. Packing 70 ltrs.

Nah, I’ve got a high performance epoxy model that kicks arse in good surf and nose rides like a dream but it’s too refined to bother with at Bondi.

I run them over. Foamies come with a license to drop in. It’s a great selling point.
I’ve got mine set up with one hard fin on the tail and the other two are squishy ones.
Really makes a difference.
