South end Maroubra. Wind affected but still fun. overhead peaks with stacks coming thru. Was better than it’s looked, not many out

Snapper... solid 4ft lines coming through. Wind was SSW all morning but seemed to go straight S at about 2pm, was too blowy for me. Felt like it was going to blow me across the bay to Currumbin. Vibe was a bit off in the water, old heads fading little groms for barrels and a lot of kooks getting in the way. Way too many bodies in the water but I had a ball taking what I could get and just calling people into spitting barrels from the shoulder.

I watched the Currumbin cam for a bit today. Looked pumping with not many out.

Burleigh on the not so low tide. Sweep was horrendous but it was pumping and not busy at all.

The sweep was pretty brutal today wasn’t it. Fair bit of water moving around.

I rode my step up and I was glad I had it for the sweep.

Yeh. Best I’ve had it for a while.
But I only surf it when there’s not many out.

Crappy waves at The Bra. Better than the crappy other waves I have surfed this week but that’s not saying much.

Even crappier waves at the Jewel of the East. At least it wasn’t crowded due to the Jaws scenario. Went out anyway with scant regard for such matters. Take that Jimny.

Sharks are omnivorous scavengers. They would probably balk at your puerile drivel though.

I've surfed 5 days in a row.

Great to be back in the water.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

I've had one lame surf in the last 8 weeks or so. If the wind is side off/offshore/light and swell 1.5m, or more than 700kj, I go check it out, otherwise I don't bother.

Fcuk I'm hanging out for Bali. Maybe April for 2 months.
