Some middle american wave pool champ who won a ticket to hawaii as first prize in the bumfcuknowhere pro, he arrives on the northshore early in the season and gets bashed by teh hui and hooks up with a local wahine, ten gets taking in by a sage like master surfer dude and learns how to tame the banzai pipeline in a 10 step plan style instruction process.
He wins pipe, the girl and the respect and admiration of the hui and everyone on the beach
they all live happily ever after

Hey, that would make a good movie. We could get a few pro surfers as actors too

Does he still surf in the WCT? I thought he took his bat and ball and went home mid-season when he realised he could no longer win the World Title.
