Awww man I love storms. We dont get them in South east Queensland anymore and it sucks.

I even have a cd that has rolling thunderstorms on it that i listen to sometimes.....its very relaxing to have a few brews listening to it.

2nd reef, that pic is unreal....

Try googling Chaiten Volcano Chile, this volcano eruption created its own weather.
Some of the images look more like surrealist paintings, but as usual nature is the greatest artist.

My favourite storm pics. Still the most impressive shots I've ever seen.

Love the way you can see the lighthouse keeper in the doorway at the bottom of the top one.
And is he still there through all this?

I'd reckon a few of us can related to weathering that storm .... and based on that theory I believe I am an incredibly accurate storm forecaster 'cause I can predict a fr!ggin cyclone at my house most days ...

Yes, I was wishing I had a pic of a certain ex-g/f who had a tendency to become homicidally emotional when awaiting the onset of her menses

The phrase "face like thunder" was ne'er so frighteningly brought to life
Reminds me of an ex-girlfriend of mine and a certain night when she picked me up after kickboxing. Id just gone toe to toe with some chump for the last half hour and was utterly exhausted when she was talking to me all the way home about tupperwear or somthing....i wasnt really listening. So in my exhuasted, semi concussed state, it was one words answers...."uh huh" ...."yea" ....."thats good babe"....

Then we pull up out the front of our house, and she starts rabbiting on about how i never listen to her and grabbed my mobile phone, jumped out the car, put it under the car tyre and promplty ran over it - TWICE.
