Hi coops
My reasons are stated starting back 2 or 3 pages. It's an old thread I revived.
Also scoping out wonthaggi.
In short, wanna be close to the beach, cheap nice house, quiet, etc.
Plan to buy a joint outright. So with no mortgage all I got to do is feed my/our cake holes. Work shmerk. As long as there's enuff $ coming in to live ok then I'm not too fussed where and what.
I plan to "live where I want" and make the rest work around that.
All that east stretch of Vicco from mornington thru Cape Paterson gets consistent swell. I'm sold on it.

for temperate zones I recommend Sussex or Rhode Island reds.

Maybe a plymouth Rock or White Leghorn Rooster if you want to impress the neighbours.

What's wrong with isa browns? We have 3. They are super personable. Sit on the kids shoulders, eat out if their hands. Lay an egg religiously each day, and sh1t out the most superb tomato bushes each year in all parts of the garden.

Just cause they are run of the mill garden variety chooks don't mean I'm a suburban sucker man for having them does it?

Please restore the self doubt you have just created.

What's the going rate for a stopover iggs?

My sister has a caravan at Phillip Island in Cowes but I'll be fcuked if I'm paying her the exorbitant amounts she wants for me to stay there

If you get an old farmhouse, can I come down and shape and glass retro single fins in the spare room?
