guard, my personal morals and scientific theories regarding bio-diversity and fragility would say don't fucking do it you idiot but you might want to call the Indonesian Agricultural Quarantine Agency.

ps, don't fucking do it.

googled Dept of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestries
SECTION 3 – FEE EXEMPTIONS

Consignments comprising less than 10 kg do not require an Export Permit and therefore no Permit documentation fee applies (see Export Control (Prescribed Goods - General) Orders 2005 Order 2.01(g)).
Has to be pretty irresponsible  in terms of potential harm to farming, think of going into local grape growing regions, and the native environment, plus there is a catch 22
Export Permit (EX28 and EX222): Export permits are required for all fresh and dried fruit, all fresh vegetables and cut flowers/nursery stock destined for phytosanitary markets. Every export permit issued will incur the nominated fee.

Wow, this brings back some funny memories...

My Mum, being the dodgy (i say that with endearment haha) Indonesian woman she is used to bring grapes for relo's when we used to go over as kids.

She used to bring 2 boxes or double quantities of whatever she knew they migght confiscate. One box of grapes would go to immigration (a tasty bribe) and then we'd bring the rest through. A bit of name dropping and controlled assertiveness would work a 'treat' (excuse the pun).

That was about 15-20 yrs ago and don't think they are that 'flexible' any more. Best bet is to ask the consulate/immigration.

I don't know about Indonesia but I am in Singapore and my neighbour bought back 5 KG of steak from his last visit to Australia ... I would think that a fruit would be ok considering you dont have to declare food from Singapore into Indonesia.

guard...thinking about your smuggling promblem

if your really serious....why not get a doctor too implant ( plant=pun  ) the desired fruits into a part of your body....than u could just cut yourself open in indo...rip the plant out

and as u bleed to death offer it your indo friends  who could than have choice eating the blood stained fruit...or your heart :!:

sounds like a plan
