im off to portugal march/april (might duck down to morrocco if i get the time)

i hear the water is pretty bloody cold in portugal. will i get by with a 3/2 in march april, or will i need a 4/3? does anyone know what the water temp is around this time? 16C, less?

any spots you guys recommend, even no surf related ...

3/2 will be fine. maybe wear a radiator type rashie underneath if you get cold, but you should be right
