I usually have some sort of surfboard craft that will satisfy my addiction no matter what the surf is. But at the moment to avoid injury I am forced out of the water. In these times I do anything to avoid shooting myself. I get too involved (in my books) with this bizarre and enlightening forum. I read, I get more involved with more important things like family and friends and find out what I really have been missing and should do more of. I do terrible things to some of my boards that I think need a makeover with epoxy resin.. Anything !

Sounds like a tool. Wake boarding and FMX are the worst sports in the world. Full of those tattoed American wankers who listen to White Zombie. While i like to see motor bikes soaring though the sky over sand dunes (like Seth Enslow etc) I cant stand the whole 'Moto X' scene. Drunken hicks smashing bourbon as sleeping with their best mates passout chicks. Wake boarders are the same breed. If you want to start you pretty much need a loan from the bank. $20000 boat and heaps of straps, clips, bindings and crap. Oh, how i hate wake boarding.Chamberess wrote:He seems to have developed an addiction to wakeboarding lately...

More on topic, when there is no surf i either bodysurf, scuba dive or snorkle. It all revolves around getting in the sea.

Somebody didn't get laid on the weekend
At the end of the day, if it makes him happy then half his luck he can afford the gear.
One of my friends broke her back from a bad landing wakeboarding so i have no desire to try the sport.

When i'm not surfing (hold the phone young dammit) then life usually revolves around the beach- beach runs in the morning, surf photography, BBQ's at shelly beach in summer, snorkelling, diving.
Diving in Antarctica....one of the guys here at work almost did it but on the cruise before he was due to depart one of the guys split his lungs whilst diving....funtimes
