U surf to much off the back foot, u need to slow down your movements and draw out your turns more......sorry couldnt help myself. Looks like fun tho most of us wish we were there.

BTW (by the way) what's surfing off the back foot? Is that why I had to pump through the fat sections.... tips are good. Been surfing for 20 years, but I can always learn some lessons.

Just when u pumpin sections your weight dosent look centred, you look like your driving of the back to much. Im not really the guy to give advice as i dont have any poodle pedigree

I have to say that 1st wave you got Salty was nice and the very 1st carve u did was nice, u had a perfect opportunity to come around a section on that wave at the 4 -5 sec mark and bang it off the top tho. Just need to draw out your botom turns.

Your board isn't holding you or more importantly your style, you seem to look a bit like someone tow surfing with foot straps. This may have something to do with how you wax your boards cause your not moving around on your board at all have a look at jamie o'brien full nob but the way he moves around is sensational.

And your fins seem to loose cause you seem to be loosing to much speed on your turns or maybe it's a tail/fin combo thing ...

I've done my best to be polite but it doesn't come easily to me.

p.s I've copped a bit of flack for back foot surfing but haven't ever seen video of myself so I can't say ...

P.S. I bought VitaminB, which had a content of 3000mgs.... in Oz the strongest ones you can get is 1000mg. Buy up some drugs while there.

You can buy ampoules of the stuff at the chemist, is that 1000mg or more? Haven't seen a packet for a while so dunno.


Edit: No wait, found a packet I didn't use went I went away. It says Neo-Cytamen '1000' Injection.....1000ug/1ml. What does that equate to? Who's an egghead on this stuff here?

i'm curious about the japanese bodyboarder you met, salty. there was one i often talked to in the surf in the part of japan where i lived, and last time we met in march told me she'd be staying in lakey in april. she was a ripper, really bright and friendly, and great to look at.
