What do you think of massage versus stretching...for some reason I find massage way more beneficial, but is that just in my head, or would science back that up?

Massage is good, but I've got no idea how it can reprogram the preprioseptive response so that range of motion can be increased. The only things mentioned in those articles were very gentle stretching and flexing the muscle at full extension to signal to the preprioception receptors that it's ok at this extension so don't freak out - this is the method taught by my yoga teacher.

I've been doing a bit of rolling......seems to work. Still can't believe how effective using the stretchy rubber and bending my neck from side to side is. My neck has been bugging me for years and I could hardly turn my head...until I tried doing this stuff.

I met MP when I was a kid, I was awestruck as you would be as a grom any faults he had were down to mental illness, Waynes a whinger, complains about all of his secret spots being exposed over the years, but only because when he needed cash he took American photographers in to do an article. All's good, he's moved up to Byron, probably has a man bun now.
