that the board i rode at LA, pretty wide 19 1/2, 5'11. still ,managed to go into another turn - floateee, after a bit of a wiggle, but as you can see lost a fair bit of speed at that turn. tend to do that a bit. lose speed through turns that is. big wave huh? rofl.

Fong's right there I think.

The laws of physics would suggest that you can't throw a lot of spray without slowing down your momentum. Action and reaction etc.

Great to see you have your moment of fame Clif. I'd often wondered if anybody goes to Bondi to see if they can be a part of Uge's aquabumps. Now I know.

He was in the (Sydney) Magazine that comes free in the SMH. It was out this week. The (sydney) magazine is the sort of publication (like the rest of the SMH, really) that thinks the world pretty much begins and ends in the eastern suburbs. So bumpy-boy fits right in.

Having said that, Mr Bumpy takes ace photos, and they really add something to the RS page.

I don't even know who the guy is but anyone prepared to get up at sparrows fart to take shots at the beach with a high resolution camera, crop the shots for maximum impact to make every Tom, Dick and Harry look good and even include some texture shots when the surfs flat deserves my thanks.Anyone who can make very average Bondi look that good is a genius or at least a very skilled photographer :D .

If that rattles a few cages then thats even better 8)
