Swell archives

I want to find out what direction, size etc. the swell was in Sydney on October 5th, 2007. Is there a website where they keep a log or archive of buoy readings?

there used, and might still be something on coastalwatch that lets you look at the archive of their swell reports for the last 5 or 6 years, if you can find that on their site, bingo!

This is the wayback machine. You type in a URL and it gives you a selection of dates. You can then access the web pages for that date. Some pages are not available.

Type in realsurf for a hoot.
