Thanks guys, looking forward to getting a little glide going on this one - although it has been about 20 years since I last rode a single.

I broke the arm Mountain Biking. 9 weeks out of the water so far....

You were lucky.
Well known rally driver died up here recently mountain biking.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Yeah Trev, I didnt know John very well but had been around a few rallies he was at. A few friends were really close to him.

Very sad & very sobering. His accident was only a few days after mine - I was feeling a bit sorry for myself, and I can tell you that gave me some good perspective that I got off pretty lighty.

He was most recently co-driver for my very good friend, John Spencer who I sort of mentored in his younger days. Not an amateur mountain biker either.
