Buying land

Hey digger, someone said to put a roof over the container, good idea. A better one if you can afford another container ,place them 3 to 4 m. apart and put a roof over the lot, shaping bay, storage , undercover parking/workspace. Of course put the roof on after the building inspector has signed off

containers 3-4 mtrs apart.....roof over at 15-20 degree pitch,max air circulation ... 20 degree pitch gives some room for on top of container storage .a few collar ties one third down rafter gives some overhead storage to. dont forget the r1.5 roof blanket for max cooling.

Get 2 40ft containers (often the same price as a 20) and ya wont need a house

$3700 buys a 20ft container, brand new made in china,built to standards....are loaded in china with furniture or whatever,one way trip to aust...unloaded then sold off. in as new cond, cant recall name of place where i bought mine but will dig it up if you wish......buy 4 keep 2 sell 2 off at 4k each. as new containers are very sought after.

Look up cosco on the net, go directly to them, I bought my container from the trading post. I went to cosco in melb. picked the container out to be delivered , got offered a 40 ft for the same price, said if I wanted another one come and see him will be much cheaper as I was paying an agent for one phone call and a few emails, he would not tell me the price as he said this time I had to buy through the agent and if I knew how much she was making, I would cry.
