quangers, ive had some bloody good news with my back, not permanet damage, will be right in a month or so I hope, just be patient and careful first quarter of the year, its great news

That's great news mate. Make sure you look after it, and don't rush things- I've had my share of those probs in the past and nothing feels better than a strong back.

well ive got nothing on my books due to being a bit sick so I mucked around with the logo for the fup fairy on my mates computer that has photo shop Here are the results
