Sat 8th October - South Swell - West wind???

Post by booter » Wed Oct 05, 2005 10:31 am

What are the chances of a bit of south swell with a bit of west wind? Looks ok to me at the moment but I have been known to be way off the mark in th past...

Very weird day yesterday - was out at 6am and it was tiny and stupidly windy. Checked again at about 10 and it had doubled in size (from the north) and cleaned right up. Had a good surf at around lunch time - shot these photos later in the arvo (http://www.flickr.com/photos/markstanton/sets/1094325/) - and had another smaller, but better wave just before dark.

Flat again this morning :(
