haven't seen storm force winds in a fetch pointed our way for a while.

We are all forgetting that ASCAT is just a snap shot in time. Fetch duration is still up for grabs!!!

I like looking at this site. I know it's stylised but the graphics are cool and it's updated every 2 hrs I think. That fetch has been going gangbusters all day.

Fetch duration for you guys up north isn't as good as down here, but we'll see almost a whole day of those winds aimed at us. Juicy indeed!!

We've issued media releases before but they're usually only run if the wave height predictions are enormous or there is some other degree of newsworthiness. Other than that, our reach doesn't extend much beyond the core surf demographic.
