it has been perfect for long romantic paddles into the never-never waters, though.

really? it's been small but still, I've had numerous overhead hollow days at a variety of locations depending on winds. haven't surfed in QLD for a few weeks though.

yeah man, last winter, I never really surfed anywhere else but across the road from you. I remember long walling right days, little punchy fun peak days, and a few heavy south straddie-like days.

hopefully soon!

North Coast swell magnets making bonita bambinos with these little S swells.

Don't count on it Braith....the patten looks set. Cut down on the SUPPIng and head for the promised land. Stop in for a coffee and a slab of tailor when your down here.

I'm on the beach watching well paid hipsters ride baby food on logs. Feels more like a fashion shoot than a surf session

Fcuk this for a joke.
Nick, you should be grateful mate cause without that same high cradling the low off NZ's west coast, you'd not be getting your E/SE swell later this week.

totally. that was my first thought before I splooged over the windspeeds in the that fetch: that thing is aimed straight at Lennox Head.

We are all forgetting that ASCAT is just a snap shot in time. Fetch duration is still up for grabs!!!

I like looking at this site. I know it's stylised but the graphics are cool and it's updated every 2 hrs I think. That fetch has been going gangbusters all day.

it'll be duration limited for sure. still, that pass was an upgrade on what was expected.

see what the next brings.
