Local winds look pretty fecking average.
UNder what scenario Don?
And what do you mean fecking average?
I think Boo and Braithy should cage fight for this one.
But I'm going with the hover, wobble, slight drift in then recurve out to the SE/ESE.
Plenty of surf, possibly excellent in quality.
I want Nightclub Dwight dead in his grave I want the nice-nice up in blazes

TC. Big, unsure where. If it forms New Cal then move away sou east. If further north landfall. Flippity floppity on the models but my tea leaves suggest scenario 1.

Under any scenario Steve, winds look relentlessly onshore for the whole time. Ok for the points but I hate crowds so that doesn't give me many options. Latest EC looks interesting though.

Well EC has now completely back flipped and sided with what Access G has been forecasting for the last few days. A north QLD TC crossing.

Be careful in the new snow don. Sounds like a great setup for a slide.

Thanks Boo. That's my concern also. Currently dumping down with big heavy snow flakes but it did rain a little last night at least down in the valley. Don't know about up in the mountain yet.

EC doesn't quite have Dylan crossing the coast.

Sunny rain warm snow... that's hakuba
Wouldn't mine a rundown when U get back
Speaking of snow I just wanna say what a pack of ass wipes perisher are. They sponsor Nate Johnstone and Torah bright yet they have to go to NZ to train cause they would rather build a private pipe for Shaun white to help him nail a triple cork and win gold in sochi. And on Australia day, well I wanna say, that's about as unaustralian as you get......wa.nkers

crazy looking distal easterly fetch looks like it's gonna heat up out past NZ
perhaps one of those eight day swells (as opposed to 28 days ones)

Happy Australia Day!!! Feck me what a day. I've never snowboarded in soooooo much powder on a groomed run in my entire life. 2ft of powder on the groomed runs and its still dumping down this evening!!!
My youngest struggled in the powder. Only made one run without falling. Poor bugger!!!

Cool, Don.
One year at Hakuba we got 17 feet over 5 days. Whole town had to be dug out with bulldozers.

Well I have to take my hat off to Access G. It was forecasting TC Dylan's FNQ crossing many days ago. Way before even EC was hinting at it and years before GFS came on board.
