This is not in relation to the JBay pro is it? If so you're a month ahead of yourself.

15 - 25 JULY 2010.

That said - Looks like a good place to be this week. :D :D :D

FFS .. not sure where my head is at the moment, thanks BDL.

Was looking forward to heading home to watch it tonight.

Been too long between drinks for ASP events, hope they intend to fill the gap between May 2 - July 15 (10 weeks) next year.

No worries - With a forecast like that I bet they wish it was running this month.

Certainly is a very long time between drinks - bring back FIJI.

Strange little cut-off low sitting on a high looks to send a strange angled SE/ESE swell into J-Bay right around opening day.

How will that swell direction go at J-Bay? Won't it be rather straight (particularly given the swell size forecast too) on the rocks, rather than running down the point like a normal S'ly swell would? Kinda like a NE swell at Burleigh or something?

That E/SE fetch has all but died. Dominant swell is now back to the SSW. Reckon they'll run it on the first day (Thursday)?
