two weeks of dead onshore and no swell ahead

What surfer doesn't care about the weather? Who hasn't predicted the arrival of a new swell? Do all of it here!

It seems already that it's mostly been like this for the past few weeks in Sydney, especially if you only surf on weekends...... Bl_oody hell!

It's times like these I can't gloat

Swell will be lucky to hit 1 metre this weekend by the looks of it.

Saturday's surf will be very fcuking early as these conditions bring them all flocking from Melbourne in the RAV4's and CRV's.

Longboard is only 4 weeks away.....

Should be a short pulse of south swell just after we all go back to work on Monday, lasting probably just till you leave work.

That high pressure system has been hanging around for 3 weeks now. Move on already. Sheesh!

Heh heh heh...like to think I've got those sort of powers Rev.

Though the south swell forecast for Monday is very nice timing indeed. Just enough time to switch the wax from a warm water blend to cool water and then straight back into it.

I've always considered a smiley face tacked onto the end of a post to be the equivalent of canned laughter on a shit American sitcom. If you need to tell us it's a joke then you've failed miserably.

^ Damned with faint praise.

OK Reefer in metaphors you may choose to understand (or not):

A "laughie" in my understanding is perhaps a:

1.genuine response yet maybe a pisstake.

2. perhaps empathy

3. self deprecation or shared experience.

60 something and counting.

Last time the swell jumped over night. That never happened the entire winter leading upto that point. Im a believer.

Im happy with a monday swell. Perfect for where i plan on heading (no points for guessing... ) Head off sunday night, surf all monday and get back into it on tuesday. To go fishing that is. No swell coming.

Work from home day tomorrow

Should get a nice 1.5 metre swell rolling into Flinders at the sparrows fart.

Bit too big on the open beaches at the moment 2 metres with 3+ metre bombs

Suck sh.it! :D
