Great report. Well written. Those conditions look majestic. What board/s have you been tackling it with ?

Sounds like just the very thing based on those pics u posted up. It'd be like putting calligraphy pen to fine paper. Beautiful lines.

Itching for the weekend, as this mornings dawn raid didn't eventuate. A blown out mess and not overly inviting or worth the bother ..

the wind is putting big ridges onto the faces up here this arvo, the groms are getting air just trimming over them.

lucky for me I hurt my neck again yesterday arvo out at kirra. mustn't have fully recuperated after I faceplanted in the barrel on a hollow left during that recent sunday arvo turbo windswell we had.

probably should get it scanned, probably recurred about 4 times now in the last 2 years, always the same spot.

other than the wind tearing through the face, the lines peeling through the superbank on a few sets this arvo looking down from greenmount viewing platform were nearly as good as it gets

Burleigh was super fun this afternoon just after low tide and the wind wasn't into it at all surprisingly.

ˆˆ yeah it is. how good is neil on his backhand?! the best in the business.

my neck is stuffed too rancho ... I've done a facet joint and sometimes my neck just stops working. can't turn or move it. haha

the pain from that goes down into my shoulder, out near the shoulder blade on the shoulder joint side (infraspinatus) ... physio reckons its not serious, just lots of management and anti-inflams & ice & trigger point massage when it does flair up.

hopefully yours is something similar ie not serious.

sounds the same although I remember first injuring it by bodysurfing the waimea style shorey across the road when it was like 3 foot. it seized up when I was taking a beach shower and I couldn't turn my head
