Gave the zots a good try in decent bali surf, twice a day for a week. One good 2' wave at temples, otherwise the worst boards ive ever ridden. I just got an Adrenalin 1.5mm steamer for just north of Sydney. Water is still warm but the wind chill was up over the long weekend. Worked well, but gee, wanted to keep active - was starting to feel it a little waiting at the point at the break of dawn.

Adriano's style is much more pleasing to the eye now than when he won the title. He laid some nice rail in that 4th round heat.

I'm looking for a secondhand 12 and 16 kg kettlebell. I've seen someone do a kettlebell workout and it was impressive - there was a focus on maintaining form, and flow - definitely a functional movement.
