Don't panic Don. A lot can change in 6 weeks. I went from thinking I will touch my head again I had so little movement but that passes,I still have pain but manageable to the extent it pushes you to stretch more with your exercises and you also lose the sudden sharp ones with time.

I had keyhole on my shoulder, amazing how much he did. Physio was not that bad. Got my arm from 70-90 degrees out in an hour. Got a heap of exercises to do but feeling good. Good luck with the knee. Don't be surprise if they get going straight away after surgery.
