Is that where he's riding a round nosed minimal shaped thing that looks like it's pushing water?

You have a wide range of interests braithy. I think this dovetails nicely with surfing in a way that Shearer with his surfing/fishing coupling can only dream of.

Re: Ask Carroll

Since I go up and down about 4 to 5 flights of stairs between 5 and 8 times a day I've taken to running up half the time. Lately I've started running down with my legs further apart. This seems to bite more.

Make sure you drink enough fluids to encourage pooing.

Takes longer to turn then unless you do a pivot?

Re: Help me choose a board

Dick Harvey talks about planing speed and compression speed on his site. Makes sense to me. Still down to rails and rocker. Re: pintails not turning well. If you wanted to make a generalisation a pintail is more about hold than turning. Generally a wider rail has to turn easier. Feel free to tell me...

A later MP?
Actually a mate came over on Sunday who is of a similar build to that. Lives in Cowra these days. Fantasies about getting back into surfing......but not on a mal. He'd need an SUP to float him.

Re: Ask Carroll

Can we take along some surf shop workers and make them watch the poor shmucks they sold their inappropriate boards to try to surf them in some Indo reef breaks?
Oh, that doesn't really work for you does it........here your money back.

Re: Ask Carroll

This movie could be a goer......although you will probably have to swap it to Bondi with the Bondi Hypster Guys as MP and Owl.......with a car chase through the Bondi Junction Mall. Actually if you did do a road trip movie about MP and Owl you could have the Deathrace 1000 Race to Brisbane as the fi...

Re: Single Fins

Yep. I tried selling a board on Gumtree a few years ago.....no luck. My son put it on E Bay and we sold it for about $150 more than I was offering it for on Gumtree.
Got one board for under $300 in fairly good condition that would have had $1000 in front of that if it was new.

Re: The winter of our content.

Was thinking about those.....possibly exaggerated.......numbers. If we take them as real and you say everyone is on a surfboard that costs between say $300 and $800........and a wetsuit that costs conservatively say $200. You've got an industry right there.
