Definite covid impact on crowds today around here.
Combined with the surf being good on the Goldy, no one coming down from up that way either.

I generally check dbah after work on fridays. I take a longneck and watch from the hill. Only 80 out across the spread. I’ve yet to surf there I hate that place. Always have. Back on the N coast this morn, great fun 2-3 ft waves, very consistent. Sun out, warm water, just me and a mate - was way better than the pool.

That Luke guy from Byron on an 8’8 vouch triple stringer high volume gun in Mexico last year. He got an insane amount of massive pits, forehand and backhand.

Nice lines of swell but nowhere any good that I could find round here. Didn’t search too far though.

Tropical rain, cleanish solid sets, flying down the line.
Caught a set to come in from big pine to the hut, onto the belly and straight in.
