Ride report: the zot doesn't like air reverses near rocky out crops, I haven't been able to land one (ever in my life) but don't worry I ll keep practising and take a leash next time

Been trying the 5:2 diet that was analysed on SBS a while back. Basically you eat less than 600 calories on two non consecutive days a week and then just generally cruise the rest.
