Yeah i am pretty pedantic about instructions - i snapped the board in the heavy surf a week ago. The curse was serious.... :shock: There was a lot of that then. There were at least 4 boards in the trash cans at my local and more were snapped but they were scavenged - so beware of resurrected boards...

What I don't get is how many of you are saying forget about hitting lips or surfing tight in the pocket with quads and that they don't pivot. They do look like some of the old bonzers G&S used to make ...I guess Terry Bishop or Steve Griffiths (pre Emerald) shaped them back then. They seem very similar with the deep concave next to the bonzer fins...only diference they weren't 5 fins and of course they didn't use the modern refined bottom...
