RS is probably being hammered because anyone can create a thread and links within threads don't contain "no follow" tags which means there is a potential search engine rankings benefit.

Spammers create scripts that hunt out forums/guest books/ blogs to dump spam and links based on certain criteria.

I thought it was pretty average to name that spot (not that I surf there) as anyone with half a clue and access to Google maps would be able to work it out.

The clues are also obvious for when it works e.g.: dead south swell, west - south westerly winds.

Beg to differ on Balangan being mellower than Bingin (if that's what you mean, Chong). I was thinking more about the crowd factor as it can be easier to get waves at Belangan because of the sections that most people (except pros) fail to make. Kuta reef is soooo fun.
