Re: SOLD!!! Simon Anderson thruster 7'6 x 20 x 2.75
I got a nice board to get rid of and would like to avoid grovelling over the realsurf forums and putting it on ebay and seeing if there are any takers. Salty, I may enlist your negotiation services, especially as you are looking to fill in your time at the moment. BTW, it's a 6'6'' afterburner by a...

The smoothest carving throughout the comp, and howz that phenomenal late drop under the curtain in the final. I hope he rips Bells apart.

Coupla offcuts from Snapper. Should be slightly better than compressed smeg from youtoob. http://www.vimeo.com/3316589 nice work Steve. It’s hard to argue against the elegance and grace of Curren and Parko, and as avid armchair critic I’d thought Parko would’ve carved up a world title or two by now...

Re: tell me what good surfing is
That’s the reason why I prefer to watch Slater over all.nack for being right in the right spot most of the time especially on less predictable pointbreaks etc
His instinct and class enables him to deliver in places that others imagine reaching for.

Sorry Ringa…I really don’t know why I posted that thing about dogs. It’s being playing with my mind ever since. Today at the woolies checkout @ Narra I was stuck behind this monumental f-ck up of a human being and so I started slipping silently into my usual daydream mode and while this was happeni...

Stevenson Screen
Fellow weatherheads, I’m after a bit of formal info (preferably from the BOM archive) in regards to the correct placement of a weather station-Stevenson screen. I googled around a little and found nothing of real substance.
Any info will be appreciated,
Hano.

Re: concave?
Double can slow the board a bit, however a well shaped double should not make too much difference. That’s the problem ive got with my latest experiment. I harassed for a deeper double through the fin entry in the hope it would generate a little more pivotal zap, but I think it has probably created ...

Re: Swellnet
Swellnet and Coastalwatch are great sites. There does seem to be a difference with the daily reports of Wollongong between the two sites though. Phil Byrne’s ( Coastalwatch )summations on wave height and conditions seem to be more realistic, and Coastalwatch's reports come through earlier a majority...

"Two 10's left," yelled KS as he ran down for the final. Whether he said this as part of his game play psyche, tongue in cheek or he was deadly serious , there is no other sports person in the world who could get away with a statement like that, in any respected sport, without being labelled over c...
