Ummm, just by-the-by Beanie, the pain for Rotator Cuff injuries manifests in your shoulder and upper arm.

I found the pain moved around a lot and the upper arm pain was very confusing.

Although these are for rotator cuff problems I think they encompass a pile of shoulder problems:

Sounds like a Joel Fitz sea gypsy would suit you well. Wasn't it Tootr who bought one from my local shop? If so how are you liking it? The Sea Gypsy and the Magic Carpet seem quite different. The Magic Carpet has a narrower nose and tail and more nose lift. I think it would handle the waves I surf ...
