Ummm, just by-the-by Beanie, the pain for Rotator Cuff injuries manifests in your shoulder and upper arm.

I found the pain moved around a lot and the upper arm pain was very confusing.

Seeing a physiotherapist was the best thing I did for my torn rotator cuff. Unlike the GP consultations which are 10 minutes they were 30 minutes - we covered a lot of ground in that time. Sounds like a Joel Fitz sea gypsy would suit you well. Wasn't it Tootr who bought one from my local shop? If so how are you liking it? The Sea Gypsy and the Magic Carpet seem quite different. The Magic Carpet has a narrower nose and tail and more nose lift. I think it would handle the waves I surf ...

Fcuk surfing, it's really just an excuse to find a good park. Just admit it to yourself, leave the board on the racks, lean back and enjoy a good park!
