Re: Dark Pandemonium: Parko@Pipe.

Fcuk all this ... hope the world title decider comes down to the final ... bullshit ... fair play my arse ... I'd rather get NC to dress up as Tonya Harding and kneecap Old Baldy prior to the next heat. Yeah ... and after Parko takes the title ... Nick can ... still dressed in his Tonya suit ... pr...

Try Blueys. I hear it great this time of year. A cross between Mosman and Whale.
Ha ha......yeah Blueys KK you might even get to "reconnect" with ol' SSR.

You two would make a great couple.

I wonder who really would be the train.

Re: Dark Pandemonium: Parko@Pipe.

Any observations from anyone over there that witnessed the session the night before with 100 plus guys out with the top 44 or so "practising" - interested in the antics of possibly the most intense pecking order ever. How did anyone get a clean wave? Heard KS JP and Fanning killed it...... Thx in ad...

Re: Dark Pandemonium: Parko@Pipe.

Cutting through all the fluff , bullshit and hype the fact remains the pressure is on Parko. He's NEVER won one EVER. Slater's pressure is self inflicted - absolutely desperate to win 12 , go out with a bang , retire on the ultimate high , 12 World Titles! 3 x more than MR had which back in day som...

Tom Carroll Whale Beach - Wedge mid 1980's Total disregard for BB's inside position , the fact he had ridden some previous larger set waves before (it was a solid 6ft NE swell) the nuggety perpetrator took one look and just went. He was half BB's size and way uglier but Mike Newling was out and I th...

Re: Surfing with a pro or x pro surfer.

Not many sports you get to I guess participate with the best....like have a match against Federer or play a round with Tiger Woods. It's IMO pretty special to surf with any of the Top 44 ...... it wouldn't happen (to most) that often and you'd probably learn something. I surfed with Derek Ho at G La...

Re: places you will never surf again

Bondi can suck my hairy nut sack !!! The beach is usually saturated with horrible oil covered sexually frustrated boat people. Give it a miss. Please note Beanpole...Blueys beach is like Bondi was..... when the dinosaurs inhabited Australia.....free of 'oily’s'. I rest my case. Brendo ...... yes yo...

Re: places you will never surf again

That left at Brownwater does get close to working but never quite there. I've never surfed Bondi, shit I've only been there once in 30 years so I doubt I will ever surf there again. Only been to Bondi Beach once in 30 years and you live on the Northern Beaches. Far out , life on that Penins...

Re: places you will never surf again

Mossel Bay and Seal Point @ Cape St Francis South Africa- too sharky

Probably wouldn't be too keen to go out at Cactus SA for that matter for the above reason.

Supertubes I'd still have a crack.....too good to be worried about such matters.

Re: The Frog Pro

Kelly Slater's psychological hold on the rest of the ASP crew is waaay underestimated. Most (with the exception of Fanning) seem almost resigned to ANOTHER KS title..... I couldn't believe it when Parko lost his semi he got out of the water all smiles with Kelly........FCUK THAT! 50 contests. 40 years old. Amazing what's happening here. This guy just won't stop. At least I hope he doesn't stop for a while yet. He must be pissing off a lot of people who thought it was their time. Sort of like Queen Elizabeth - just keep on rolling. It's because of his freakish weird flexo ba...

Re: News Flash - Fewer "Hardcores" @ Newport Than 1979

I too knew Murph and he was a genuinely nice person. Friendly and generous gracious and humble. To a young bloke from Avalon freshly moved out of home and over the hill to Newport, he extended a welcoming smile and even shared waves. I find Nuffink's posts on this matter distasteful sure but mostly...

BB rides a 6, 6" MR twin with a trailer personally shaped by the man himself.

Perfect for the Eastern Subs on most days.

A beautiful board.
