Lot of claiming going on... particuarly the ausssies... Hedge and Kai Otton really giving it some. The Brazzos are very quiet in comparison.

Re: Neal Purchase Jnr Quartet

That really nails my experience with the Quartet Batoes, especially the narrow stance.. takes a little to get used to but when you do its good.

Same about the barrells, just set your line and it will drive its way out of there... unreal.

Re: Teahupoo Contest

Re: Bodyboards banned in New York

While safety seems to be the primary motivation for the ban, the decision doesn’t consider “boogie boards” as recreational watercraft, but as “floatation devices". At last. This is what I've been saying for years. And if the boogie boarders don't like it, they can always head over to San Francisco ...

Re: Neal Purchase Jnr Quartet

What are your initial thoughts on the 2+1 Batoes? I have a quartet which took me a little while to get used to, still not 100% there but some real potential there I feel. Foot placement seems to be more important than standard quads, I used to surf my other board a fair bit forward, the quartet seem...

Re: Neal Purchase Jnr Quartet

Hey Steve, did you get a Quartet... Wasnt sure if thats what you were insinuating from your first post, it was a bit hard to make sense of?

I am thinking about one of 2+1's in a longer length... anyone here tried one of those?
