Re: Where did you surf today ?
Zippy little 3 foot shore break just North, yesterday and today.
Plenty of waves when you only have to paddle back 20 seconds from waste deep water to get out again.

- sure a niche market, but a lot of the more (apparently) successful shapers work to a niche market (say McTavish or Grant Miller for the older (and fatter) guys). . I"m not sure Grant works to a niche market, he just puts a lot of thought into every one of his customer's boards, maybe he's just on...

When reading anything to do with board performance the term "release" comes up all the time. I used to know a bit about board design and performance lingo in bygone single fin days, but I don't remember that term being bandied about. So what's it mean? Secondly, my wife is doing a Coastrek fundraisi...

nick, what do you reckon moves a person to steal an environmental data buoy? Recreational fishermen, the same thing happens here. Dept. of primary industries put 25 FADs off the coast of NSW for rec fishes. For reasons known only to themselves, some fishes tie up to the "do not tie up" sign and bre...

That might be the way it works in America, in Australia it's not up to anyone to press charges, other than the cops. They would need the victim to make a formal complaint of course, or they wouldn't have a case in court.

We get some nice marauding Kings in Lake Macquarie, they show up every year around the same time, Oct./Nov.
The only thing you have to worry about is other boats running over your line. 100 cm and 80cm. Both caught in the lake.
Bragging? A bit.

Do you eat alot of processed meat like ham etc when in oz. try cutting out as much processed food out of y...
