Yep. A 6'4" Mini Merk, loves a wall to drive along.

Longie. Head high, peaky, good banks, light winds, lots of waves to go around.

Bonzer was flying on some nice, long walls.

I read Shearer's comments about the gap in both ard skills and soft skills between the top few contenders and everyone else. I dont get how only Gabby, JJF, Toledo and maybe one or 2 others can alley oop. There appears little commitment from the tour surfers to improve their repertoires (or use them).

Heat 6 won with a score of 5.03....

Why are they surfing now?

What a joke, would hate my career to be on the line in conditions like this.

The same frothers also probably know the biting the hand thay feeds you, particularly when/if the tour numbers shrink dramatically, isnt the smartest move.

Oh I imagine some people would be able to rationalise it. I can't. It makes me want to throw up, just a little bit. Been thinking more, it's just odd. Obviously most surfers live near water. So if you spend millions to build one, you either go near water, and hope a small amount of surfers try it, ...

I equate the pool to an indoor snow run like this one in Auckland https://snowplanet.co.nz/

Useful for a tune up in May before the snow hits but pretty boring after the 1st 10 runs.

Can someone watching say "Back off Warchild!" If it gets a bit too vigorous?
