So much for the forecasts and even the reports this morning. Supposed to be flat? Scored lots of nice little shoulder high sets. Little groundswell too so it wasn't weak slop either. One website had all beaches labeled as "desperates only", thanks, it kept the crowds down!

I've just seen the weekend's forecast. Seems like every long weekend or public holiday we've had for some time now has had little or no swell. Most public holidays including the Christmas and New Years period have been shocking. ANZAC day was epic but that fell on a Saturday. I don't know what to do...

The wave heights in the forecasts are bloody confusing. It's been called 2 foot for the past few days here in Sydney but to me it looks like the real 2 feet as in 60 cm.
