Re: RS BBQ Syd Dec 13 Sat - Longy then SurryHills/CBD/InnerW
I am going to pop down Saturday although I may have work in the arvo. Longy looks like being a mess if this wind keeps up.

Re: Patellar snapped in half.
2nd surf in tiny waves this morning. Used it more for a excuse to paddle. Still restricted but more reach than before. Fcuk its a slow process but again good to get wet and also good to break out the springy.

I am bit concerned with the time you have to plan this. Having experienced several other RS BBQ's is just over 2 months enough

Ok Beery we are coming into some warm weather and small surf, time to get wet and merge our crippled bodies into the throngs of Sydney's weekend warriors.

Re: Patellar snapped in half.
Well I got back in the water today. First surf since February and 4 months to the day from shoulder surgery. :-D-: I paddled with a limp which made my mate laugh as I don't have as much range as I thought so more stretching required. The shoulder itself felt good but the bicep tendon gave a bit of g...

Re: Patellar snapped in half.
I am looking at about 3-4 weeks. Like you I am waiting for a typical spring day, about 1 foot and offshore go down mid morning when the sun is up and see what happens. Worst case is I just go for a paddle and test the shoulder out. The steamer may be the issue as I struggle with jumpers sometimes
