Had 3!! Gleeful sessions the past 24hrs at Bondi. No rockoffs no airs no bomb sets. Knee to waist high slash and burn. Not bad for a rusty ol' dog. Pure inspired kookiness.
That's more surf time in one day than past few months.
Must have been the Messiah's vid. Thanks Shep. I'm a convert.

Re: Seen and Unseen.
I just wasted 30 seconds of my life trying to figure out what this thread is about. Yeah I was in the same boat, then I found a link to Steve's vimeo page and the Rock Off vid, or whatever. The kettle thing made sense after that, and I forget what the rest of the thread was banging on about. I like...

Re: Ask Carroll
I've been re-reading "West of Jesus: Surfing, Science and the Origins of Belief" by Steven Kotler. (i mentioned it in the God thread, and my reference to goofy footing God to you early on was from that....anyway, Do you know it?.... I've not seen any reference to it here in the forums. A bit surpris...

I think i've said pretty much all i could think of, without losing balance, both here and via my proxy on SN. Ah, yes, oats...how do you like them? And more vids too, that would be good. I am gaining inspiration from them to complete some outstanding home movies of my own. I now understand the speci...

Re: The Carroll Question Thread
My middle name is George. I have had a few nicknames, but probably the longest serving one is "Woggo", I earned this by being the only black-haired kid in the Newport surfing universe. Only ethnic slur goes here had black hair, thus Woggo. That's funny Nick, coz ..well ...Nick and George are very G...

Thanks for your time here Nick. In the spirit of all things RS, a couple of lightweight quips and then a few serious ones. 1. Which thread have you most enjoyed participating in? 1. And of course, which thread have you least enjoyed ...in or avoided? Now for some serious ones. 1. Have you had troubl...

That's so funny Iggs. There must be something in the gear going round. I bumped into a parked car this morn on my pushy on way to work through theX. I was captivated by the godly beauty of a wicked weasel poster and veered into a black 4wheel drive, and as I cursed 'god! ...a lanky junkie cam...

Re: Classic Collectors Surfboards For Sale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There's an 'etiquette for newbies' thread somewhere. Perhaps you should have checked this out first. And maybe not have called Cuttlefish a knob. That's a bit much when he was just trying to be funny. Now if you'd called him a Chronic Underachieving Ninja Turtle.. Well, you'd be in. By the way, have...
